This breakfast will leave you leaner, keep your blood sugar, energy levels, and hormones stabilized for the day, and prevent cravings for more starchy and sweet carbohydrates later on in the day.
Another option is just any mix of eggs, veggies, avocado, and even natural breakfast meat if you want. One of my favorite quick breakfasts is to formulate a couple eggs over easy genuine fast and slice a half of an avocado on a plate.
